2. Intelligent Entrepreneurs who do not have new ideas but have the resources, staying power and ability to use their assets to bear effectivity even under difficulties.
3. Constant copycats who don’t do anything but follow the leaders and cross their fingers that they survive.
With the onset of mergers and acquisitions in order to push employee productivity, the no. 2 and no. 3 types will create havoc and stress which is of less value unless they are very knowledgeable on change, how to respond and on the end still evolve.

The leaders, managers and entepreneurs in these organizations knows how to elicit innovation and create initiative from their employees.
